Our brand new 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom resort-style home is a place for you and your family to retreat, relax and revive. The home has everything you need, whether you are working remotely or looking to enjoy the Jaco beach vibe.
Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, 70-50-inch TV’s in each room, perfect for work and entertainment alike. And the private pool is the ideal place to cool down and wind down. Soak in the sun and sunset views from the roof deck with a refreshing drink. Contact us!

You will have access to the whole house, including the 2-car garage. The property has a smart lock so no need to carry keys anywhere.

Our home offers a large open plan kitchen and living room, as well as indoor-outdoor dining.
Each bedroom has a large TV for your entertainment and one of the bedrooms has a small office set-up with computer monitor and keyboard so you can comfortably work remotely.
The property also offers a 2-car garage and an outdoor shower to rinse off the beach sand and salty water after a surf or day at the beach.
The backyard boasts a sparkling private pool, perfect for a cool down, and a cabana with hammocks for that elusive holiday afternoon nap. High quality artificial lawn keeps the area in excellent condition.

Located in the sought-after gated community of Ciudad Del Mar, there are loads of facilities for you to relish such as the large pool and rancho area, tennis/pickle ball court, 18-hole minigolf course, lap pool, basketball court, beach volleyball, soccer field, yoga studio and 24/7 security.
Only steps from the family friendly South Jaco Beach with its surfing waves suitable for both beginners and experienced surfers.
