A real fantastic place with nice few neighbors and secure protection for all windows, parking very closed.
This flat is secure, 1st level, stairs or not, has a big terrace private overlooking the pool, garden all around and gorgeous view of the sea.
A large table outside, chairs are installed on this terrace to live outside, even at night.
