This is the downstairs unit of a charming duplex located on S. Fletcher Avenue directly across the street from the ocean. Guest are just steps away from the beach and can take advantage of the spacious backyard. Everything in the beach house has been fully renovated including new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, flooring, and washer/dryer.

The house is centrally located halfway down the island and is close to lots of dining options and activities. This unit is the downstairs unit of the duplex. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and flows seamlessly into the dining and living room. There is also an outdoor dining area and gas grill that is perfect for enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. The main living area has a 55” Smart TV with cable, a pull out sofa sofa, and an armchair. The unit has two bedrooms and one bathroom and is ideal for a small family or romantic getaway. The master bedroom is outfitted with a king bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. In addition, there is a pull-out sofa in the living room.

For your convenience, the unit is stocked with an iron/ironing board, washer/dryer, broom/ dust pan, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and beach towels.

Fresh linens are provided along with starter housekeeping supplies which include a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, basic toiletries, K Cups, and trash bags. Please plan to bring extra items or stop at the store for anything needed for the duration of your stay.

Located in the middle of Amelia Island, this bungalow is a quick drive or walk to all of the island's best dining and shopping.

To the North you will find Main Beach featuring the Salt Life restaurant and Sandbar Kitchen, a playground, and beachside putt putt golf. From there, Amelia Island's downtown historic district is a short drive down Atlantic Avenue. There you will find plenty of wonderful restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and local culture. Fort Clinch State Park is also located along Atlantic Avenue. The park features the 19th century Fort Clinch (still open to the public for tours), a quiet beach, and lots of beautiful trails for hiking or biking.

The South end of the island boasts several wonderful restaurants, the Ritz and Omni resorts, a picturesque tree canopy biking trail, and several local boutiques. We recommend checking out the Ritz spa if you are looking for a relaxing treat!

Amelia Island is a small area and is very easy to navigate! There is free parking available throughout the entire island making driving very easy to any place you choose to visit.

Ubers are available through the app on your smartphone.

Bike rentals and other beach supplies are available at The Beach Store & More which is located just 1 mile north of Tropical Beach Bungalow.
