The Perfect Location! Scenic Villa In Heart of Plantation Resort! 8-Minute Walk to the Beach!

Step inside 1205 Lagoon Villas, a beautifully updated one-story condo with tranquil natural views on the south end of Amelia Island. This 2-bedroom condo is tucked within the gated Amelia Island Plantation and the beach can be reached via a shaded path.

As you'll see in the pictures, 1205 Lagoon Villa boasts an open floor plan with lots of natural light and has been recently updated throughout, including the kitchen and both bathrooms. The kitchen, which has new stainless steel appliances and high end counter tops, is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. From the kitchen, you also have access to a private courtyard with seating.

The main bedroom has all new furnishings, a king size bed, and a flat screen tv. The attached en suite bathroom has been updated and guests can easily access a private patio overlooking the lagoon.

The second bedroom has two twin beds, a flat screen tv, and an attached bathroom as well. This villa is a great setup for a couple, a family with children, or two couples traveling together.

High speed internet is provided for guests. Also a new washer and dryer are located in the laundry closet at the entry.

This location is ideal with great views of the lagoon and private sitting areas off the living room and main bedroom. With beach access a quarter of a mile away and the Omni Amelia Island Resort hotel and conference center across from the Lagoon Villas entrance, our property is convenient for guests looking to enjoy the beach, attend a conference, or dine at one of the hotel's restaurants.

The Amelia Island Plantation (AIP) community is a sprawling 1,340-acre paradise that is surrounded by maritime forests, tidal salt marshes and pristine, sandy beaches. Dining, shopping, and spa services are offered at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP.

Golf is available at many nice courses in the area, with Little Sandy and Oak Marsh being right there within the AIP. Bike and golf cart rentals are also available nearby.

*Please note that small dog/s may be considered but any dog must be approved by management. The size restrictions in place are no more than two dogs will be allowed for a combined weight of 50 lbs maximum. Guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs. No cats or other pets will be considered.

**Please be advised this property is not a rental through the Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities.” This means there is restricted access to the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center, and shuttle service, and that Racquet Park only offers free play to club members and their guests. We will gladly answer any questions about area activities and our amenities.
