Stunning Penthouse Condo-Amazing Views-Shipwatch of Omni Resorts!

Welcome to our fabulous top floor oceanfront 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Shipwatch condo located in the private gated community of the Omni Resort ~ Amelia Island!

This is a beautifully furnished, wonderfully renovated and tastefully decorated condo with expansive views of the ocean on the east side and the Intracoastal on the west.

Updated kitchen with granite countertops and bar seating along with a separate dining area. Wonderful living area with full living room seating as well as two recliners for relaxing and watching tv!

All bedrooms are wonderfully equipped with plush beds and luxurious sheets for a restful night's sleep. Two of the bedrooms have king beds while the third bedroom has two queen beds and all with fully updated bathrooms!

Two of the three bedrooms also are nicely decorated with mounted surf boards making them very interesting and entertaining! Surf's Up!

Come relax and enjoy the sunny days of Amelia Island whether relaxing by the oceanfront pool (heated seasonally), strolling on the beach searching for shells or just exploring all that the Historic area of Fernandina Beach has to offer! We look forward to sharing with you our fabulous condo and Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach!

**NOTE - There are 6-8 stairs once off the elevator before entering the condo**

**Omni Main pool, golf course and fitness center are not included with this rental. However, Shipwatch Villas has a wonderful oceanfront pool (seasonally heated) available for use as well the Omni Resort's public amenities.**

Beautiful Large Condo

The condo was pristine and decorated very nicely. There was ample space, a nice deck, and spacious rooms. The area was gorgeous with plenty of biking/hiking trails and a quick walk out the door to the beach. The views from the condo were beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! Perfect location on the beach and the condo was spacious for 5 adults. The only addition would be beach chairs to borrow. The pictures are accurate. Thanks for a great stay!

Never disappointed!

One of our favorite vacation spots and condos! Plenty of room for everyone, everything you need if you want to cook in -- or out on one of the grills near the pool/ Plus the large balcony is one of my favorite places any time of the day, and especially for dinner to enjoy the view!

JUST WOW!

Had a girls trip for a 60th birthday and had a super time not only with the friends and family celebrating but the condo was PERFECT! Rave reviews on the view of the sunrise and sunset, proximity of shops, grocery stores and sunset cruises couldn't have been better! Clean and spacious was each room with a beautiful kitchen facing the ocean - WOW! Loved it and would return!

Beautiful views of marsh and ocean

The place was very nice. Great views from every room. One thing that I really didn't like was that the master bathroom did not have a door separating it from the bedroom so no privacy in the bathroom.

Love Fernandina Beach

Quaint downtown, great old fashioned bookstore and delicious restaurants. Nice view of ocean but not exactly on the beach. Pool was nice but no nearby bathrooms had to return to condo. Outdoor landscaping is very well maintained.

Nicely decorated, great views, well equipped

This is an attractive unit with fabulous ocean views. Pros: Views, very well equipped kitchen, attractive living/dining area with lots of seating, easy access to beach. Negatives: Not as clean as it could have been, no door on master bathroom. We were a large family group who rented this property and the one a few steps away (#2180062) which is a great option for larger groups to rent two units so near one another.

Condo and resort are wonderful! Clean beautiful beach, great pool-everything you need for 7 ( 2 were toddlers). Only thing preventing full 5stars: dishwasher only cleaned bottom rack and one of the recliners was broken. Aside from that - a great place with amazing views from top floor for both sunrise and sunset!

Wonderful Stay

This is a wonderful condo with beautiful ocean views . There are great walking trails in the neighborhood surrounding the condo and it has easy access to A1A where you can hop on a bike trail. A large heated pool is right below the condo and the beach is a quick walk from the condo. The only negative experience we had with the condo is that it is at the top floor and for 1.5 days the elevator was broken so we had to walk the 112 steps up and down. The property manager, Amy, made the check-in and out experience very easy. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo as it has everything need to have a fun filled vacation!

Great condo

We had a great time. The condo was spacious and clean and had every amenity. Parking was easy. We had three vehicles among us and we were all able to find close parking. Walking to the beach and back is a bit exhausting, it is so close, but there are a lot of stairs and hills, but it is worth it. The beach is clean, and it is not crowded. There were some issues with the elevator while we were there. I know that it outside of the control of the owner, but it would sporadically quit working and being on the top floor is not fun when the elevator does not work. However, I would definitely go again!
