Spacious house just minutes from the beach and downtown

Spacious three bedroom, four bathroom guest house very close to downtown Fernandina and the beach. Your rental includes the whole house with private entry and two private parking spots (additional spots available across the street). Each bedroom has on suite bathroom and there is a additional half bath on the main floor.

The full bath downstairs has a walk in rain shower, privacy toilet, double sink and ceiling heat system for your enjoyment. The upstairs bathrooms have tub/shower combos, a sink with lots of counter space, toilet and ceiling heat system for your comfort.

The kitchenette comes stocked with dishes, cups, dish soap, coffee, coffee maker, griddle, refrigerator, freezer and silverware.

This is a great place to relax and unwind on a quiet street while being so close to local attractions and shopping.

Nice 2 story house, very clean, great area

This house is in a beautiful neighborhood with gorgeous homes on a quiet long dead end street, very private. The host provided a very clean home, and communication was great. Items to note as a guest, if multiple guests bringing their own vehicles as in our case only two cars can park in driveway other vehicles need to park in front of house on the grass shoulder of the main street. Two of the bathrooms and bedrooms are on the second floor so be sure you are ok with stairs. Kitchenette has a small refrigerator, sink, no cooking capabilities as no range or stove tops, no ice maker in fridge so if you need some daily ice bring a few ice trays or perhaps host could add these, we also could not find any paper towels so add those to your needs list if required. Easy drive to many restaurants in Fernindina Beach area. Highly recommend this home and would defiantly consider staying again if accommodations in that area needed again.

Fun in the sun

Nicole was an excellent hostess. Very good communication and very easy check in and out. The location was ideal for our needs since we went in every direction. The house was very nice and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay there again. A small washer and dryer would have been nice but the laundromat is just down the road so not a big deal. Thank you very much for allowing us to share your guest house.
