- Townhome in a very quiet neighborhood in Ponte Vedra Beach. Two dedicated parking spots by the front entrance.
Short bike ride from Sawgrass TPC, and the beach. 9 minutes drive from Mayo Clinic, and centrally located between historic St. Augustine and the beautiful Jacksonville Beaches.
Large comfortable beds, in two spacious bedrooms upstairs, each with its own enclosed full bathroom, plus a half bath in the downstairs living area. the full kitchen has all the appliances for your comfort.
