The Space

Welcome to a clean, comfortable first-floor apartment designed for both short visits and extended stays. You’ll have plenty of room to relax, work, prepare meals and settle in.

LIVING ROOM

Unwind in the comfortable living room with a 50-inch 4K UHD Roku TV, a full-size sofa and two full-size Scandinavian-style chairs. The generous seating makes it easy to relax together after appointments, a workday, sightseeing or a day at the beach.

BEDROOMS

Each bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, fresh linens, bedside lighting and its own 43-inch Roku TV. The two separate bedrooms make the apartment a practical choice for families, coworkers, medical travelers or guests who appreciate extra space and privacy.

KITCHEN + DINING

The full kitchen includes cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils and basic cooking tools for preparing meals at home. Dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels and napkins are provided.

The beverage station includes a Keurig with complimentary regular and decaf K-Cup pods, currently Starbucks, along with green tea and additional tea selections. A drip coffee maker is also available for guests who prefer to bring their favorite ground coffee.

Chewy snack bars in berry parfait and vanilla Greek yogurt flavors are also provided for a quick bite.

A starter supply of bottled water is chilled in the refrigerator, and a 10-cup Brita filtered-water pitcher is available in the pantry.

Enjoy meals together at the dining table, plan the day, or spread out with a laptop and catch up on work.

BATHROOMS

Fresh towels, herbal shampoo, sulfate- and paraben-free conditioner, moisturizing body wash, hand soap and toilet paper are stocked for your stay. The personal care products were selected with everyday comfort in mind, including a body wash formulated to cleanse without leaving skin feeling overly dry.

A hair dryer and first aid kit are located in the primary bathroom. With two full bathrooms, guests can get ready without crowding into one shared space.

LAUNDRY

A washer and dryer are located inside the apartment for your private use. A starter supply of laundry detergent pods is provided. This is especially convenient for families, business travelers, beach days and extended stays.

CLEANING SUPPLIES

Basic cleaning supplies are provided for guest use, including all-purpose cleaner, tub and tile cleaner, glass cleaner and toilet bowl cleaner. Cleaning supplies are conveniently stored in the bathrooms and beneath the kitchen sink.

WORKSPACE + WI-FI

Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated desk and chair make it easy to work remotely, attend virtual meetings or manage business during a longer stay.

PRIVATE PATIO

The apartment includes a private patio for a little fresh air during your stay.
