Disliked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Double booked

After booking this property several weeks in advance, I contacted the listing on the morning we were to arrive asking for check in information. The response was “so sorry, I double booked the property and have to cancel your stay”. They did process a full refund immediately but we had to cancel our trip last minute, very disappointed.
