"I end up here annually and it never disappoints. Nothing like arriving worn down, to be treated like royalty for your stay. Everything you need in walking distance, and the beach view from the windows every morning. But, this was my first time booking on hotels.com, and i didn't realize that the resort fees and parking fees weren't included so it was added to my bill at the end of my stay and it was an unexpected charge for me. But knowing that this is my go-to, it was nothing compared to the experience of staying there. I'll be back first quarter next year. Might be back in the fall this year too!! It's just perfect. "

"My husband and I travel a lot throughout Florida and due to the outstanding service at Southbank, we have made this hotel our hub. The bar/restaurant is outstanding thanks to the service provided by Jewel (we seek her out), Dylan, Michael, Kenny, and Zack. Mr. Kameron is a joy to have serve us in the morning for early breakfast. Joelle at the front desk is outstanding, always providing above and beyond service. We know we are in great hands when we see Ms. Joelle and Ms. Valerie leading the front desk. We will continue to make this hotel our hub when traveling thanks to the service provided by this team. The hotel is just off the river walk so the surroundings are beautiful. Thank you to the Southbank team for always making our stays wonderful."
