About this property

Oceanfront townhouse on south end of Island. Easy access to beach; vehicles permitted on beach.

  • This two bedroom, two bath oceanside townhouse has a covered carport. When you come in the entry door a flight of stairs will take you to the living room, dining room and kitchen. Glass doors and windows in the living room give you an ocean view and access to the deck. Plenty of cabinet space in this kitchen. Dining for 6 at the large natural wood table. A second flight of stairs will take you to the master bedroom, second bedroom and 2 baths. The master bedroom has a King bed, flat screen television, private bath with new walk-in shower and access to a private deck. The second bedroom has queen beds. The second bath is off the hallway on this level. Note: Added half bath off the main level.

    There is a small, street side, swimming pool in the complex.

    No gas/charcoal grilling permitted on property!!!

    No Pets Allowed, Guests or Visitors!

    No Parking on the Grass! Park in the Driveway Only! Parking for 2 automobiles

    No Parties!!
