The fully equipped, renovated kitchen offers everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, and a large dining table comfortably seats 6, making the perfect spot for family meals or entertaining guests.

The spacious living room features two comfortable white sofas and an oversized chair, thoughtfully arranged to take full advantage of the stunning beachfront views. Whether you're relaxing or catching up on your favorite shows, the calming ocean sounds and coastal artwork create an atmosphere of relaxation and serenity.

In the master bedroom, a comfortable queen bed is adorned with coastal decor, along with a tranquil en suite bath with double sinks, walk-in shower, and large closet. Large glass sliders lead directly to the patio, allowing you to step outside and breathe in the fresh ocean air and enjoy the beautiful sunrises!

Two full beds in the guest bedroom provide ample space for additional guests or family members. The adjacent guest bathroom is also equipped with a walk-in shower, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests.

Outside, the double-width private patio offers adirondack seating on one side where you can enjoy the ocean breeze and scenic views, plus an outdoor dining table on the other side for al fresco meals, with a touch of privacy while looking out over the beach and the lush grassy area leading to the dunes.

This condo is just steps from the beach! The Sailmaker boardwalk is completely stair free allowing easier access for bikes, baby strollers, wheeled coolers, beach wagons, etc. The Sailmaker pool is just a short distance from the villa and the perfect place to catch some rays or relax in the shade from the magnificent oaks while the kids splash around in the pool.

Guests can also purchase access to the Summer Beach Club conveniently located inside the Summer Beach Village Community. Complete with a large ocean front pool, a snack bar open during peak season, and recently renovated tennis and pickle ball courts, this exclusive access truly makes for the most relaxing fun filled vacation! This also gives guests access to book tee times at the Golf Club of Amelia Island! The Summer Beach Village community is just steps away from the Ritz Carlton where guests have access to all of the Ritz's restaurants, shops, and spa.
