Welcome to Sand Dollar Villas in Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island! This Beach Front Condo has exceptional views of the Atlantic Ocean and sugary sand beaches. We're the second unit closest to the beach, on the first level and amazing southeastern views from private balcony. This beautiful and immaculate 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has been recently remodeled and upgraded - has everything you and your family will need. In addition to phenomenal views, comfortable amenities, and convenient location, there is a large deck with patio table and chairs where you can relax after a day at the beach or enjoy coffee as the sunrises. Take a walk down the private boardwalk where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful and quietest beaches on the island. At night enjoy moonlight walks on the beach and listen to the waves; a more romantic place just doesn't exist. Washer and Dryer, linens, a dining room table with 5 chairs and a bench, free wireless high speed internet, and a fully equipped kitchen are just a few of the amenities this property has to offer. The master bedroom has a soft queen bed and a private master bathroom. There's also a queen bed in the guest bedroom along with a super comfortable fold out sofa that sleeps two. Fast Wifi, Large 55" HD Smart TVs w/ cable and Netflix too! Located just minutes from historical downtown Fernandina beach and many incredible restaurants, dining experiences, night life and shops. Also walking distance to The Surf where you can enjoy great food, libations, and local flare!

Great view, easy access to the beach, very clean, nice place to stay! Many things to do in the area, great shops in downtown area. Good restaurants all around. Can't wait to go back.

Perfect getaway

This was the perfect place for us to have a “Grandparents’” getaway for New Year’s. Loved sitting on the balcony reading and catching some sun while my husband watched all the bowl games. Our favorite place to eat when we didn’t cook was Sliders.

Great beach condo

We stayed over winter break, loved being so close to the beach. The condo had everything we needed for our stay, and was very conveniently located. The pool is not heated, but would be great in the summer. Over all we really enjoyed our stay.

2024 GA v FL Game Weekend

Excellent property with ocean view, short walk to the beach and plenty of dining and other activities within a short drive. Fernandina Beach is close enough to Jacksonville for a fairly convenient game day drive, but far enough away to escape the circus the rest of the weekend.

Perfect location for our son’s wedding weekend in the area. We were very busy so only had quick couple of opportunities to enjoy the location right on the beach. Location perfect to Fernandina Beach area. Helpful to have two full baths. Very comfortable amount of space.

Spring break

Brian, the host, was great to work with. Had a small wiggle when we checked in. Gave him a call and it was handled immediately. Great view from the patio. Easy walk to the beautiful beach. 10 min drive to downtown with lots of great bars, restaurants and shops. Condo was perfect, nicely decorated. Beds were comfy. We had a great time.

Comfortable and great location to downtown, Fort Clinch and of course the beach. Check in was easy and Brian gave great instructions and information about the area about 4 weeks before our arrival.We hope to stay here again.Gave 4 stars because it could use a deep clean around the corners and baseboards.
