This spacious villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and has a spacious living room with a wet bar and panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Both the Master and Second bedrooms are downstairs and each have full baths and balconies. This home will comfortably sleep 4 guests and is ideal for smaller families and entertaining! You're only steps from the beach or the community pool and only minutes to downtown Fernandina!
