A brand new home centrally located to all your visiting needs. You will enjoy this entire 4 bedroom (1500sq ft), 2.5 bath, 2 story home that allows you enough space to divide amongst you & your family and still keep the budget in order. A full kitchen stocked with all the amenities you need to prepare meals for your family. A 2 car garage. Backyard surrounded by 6ft block wall for privacy. Small gatherings are allowed with notice.

If your interest is an affordable get away that is close enough to the main action but you want to be within a budget then this is the place for you . It takes 30 min to drive from one end of town to the other. Vegas is a small town but a car is suggested.Bus systems are antiquated.Ride share is an option though. Enjoy your family together with enough space to share without breaking the bank. Plenty of sleeping areas incl two fold down sofa futons downstairs. The home accommodates up to 12 ppl. For small children a high chair & pack n play can be provided. Also temporary safety gates for the stairs. I do not supply air mattresses but you can. All bedrooms are upstairs as well as two full bathrooms. The back patio has picnic table and benches. It’s under a covered patio for shade and inclement weather. I do allow pets.up to 2 dogs but.NO cats. There is a fee.
