"Super cute, loved the vibe! Can’t comment on most amenities as we weren’t there for long. We spoke to w staff members and both were fairly friendly. I would visit again, but there were a couple of issues. There was an excessive amount of hair on the bathroom floor- so much that I cleaned it. My biggest issue was that our balcony was completely open to another rooms balcony, which I found odd and fairly unsafe. If I ever need to stay again- I would definitely make sure I got a room that wasn’t open to another, basically. "

"We were very impressed with the room at Springhill Suites, it was one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in and the price was very reasonable considering what we had for a room. The choices for breakfast were plentiful so there is no reason to plan on eating breakfast away from the hotel. If I ever have to stay in Medford again I will certainly stay here. I don't want to forget that the reason we stayed there was proximity to the airport which worked out well and we were worried about noise but it was not a factor."

"Loved this place! From the views overlooking the beautiful river to the comfortable beds and helpful staff, my stay was wonderful. Clark and Lora Jean at the front desk were a delight, both professional and friendly. Made me feel seen and welcomed. Eileen in the breakfast room went above and beyond. I am definitely staying here next time. Everything was great!! Hot popcorn in the lobby every evening was a nice treat."

"Property is very nice inside and out, large and clean rooms, lobby and property setting is beautiful, breakfast was great and the property is walking distance to downtown. My wife and I will definitely stay there again. "

"We had a room that someone had stained the carpet and they tried to clean it and then covered it with a rug. It was so horrible smelling I couldn't stand to be in the room. I asked to switch and right away was given a new room. The front desk lady was great about it, but housekeeping should have told them that room should not have been used. Other then that restaurant was good, breakfast was okay. The pool in in a separate building from the motel."

"It was a fine stay but not that great. The heating/cooling unit did not work properly - based on other reviews that seems to be a common issue. The breakfast wasn’t great but as expected. Staff was super friendly."

"Unique mineral water in jacuzzi and shower. Very clean room with nice amenities. Didn't like that I had to walk my luggage from car to room a fair distance and no TV in bedroom. Our toilet wasn't cleaned but otherwise beautiful unique stay. They thought of a lot of things other lodges don't like silverware and supplies to wash dishes, etc"

"I got upgraded to 2 queen beds. Not that I used the second bed but it was a huge room."
