Amazing house, gorgeous view, fantastic owner!!

The location was very convenient! 20 mins away from everything!! The house was gorgeous inside and out! The view off the water with the sunset is just breath taking!! If your visiting Jax this is definitely the home to stay at! Not to mention the pool was warm all day and nigh!

Absolutely Wonderful Property

First, Howard was fantastic. He worked with me to book a last minute stay for our daughters Sweet 16. He went above and beyond to make this special for us. The property is extremely comfortable and set up well. I cannot say enough about how great our stay was, thank you Howard.

A dream home in Jacksonville?

Howard provided us a very amazing spot, the amenities were also a blessing. He pre stocked the fridge, chopped firewood for the pit out back, just a awesome guy all around, even let me check in earlier! The house was beautiful, and suited all our needs and even exceeded them! Definitely worth it!

This rental has everything you will need to have a fulfilling vacation. It’s wow factor flows from the moment of entry throughout the entire property. The rental can satisfy a wide range of age groups. It is very spacious, clean, very well designed etc etc. I could brag on this rental for hours! The property owner was down to earth and really thought of everything! If only more owners shared in his insight. The location is excellent! The water front dock was beautiful!
