"The room was very comfortable, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. One downside is no ice maker available on first 3 floors and one of their 2 elevators was out. They were quite busy so an elevator ride could take some time. Had to share it with cleaning carts & maintenance carts. That was not such a big problem, just a little aggravating. We stayed 2 weeks for treatments at mayo clinic. If you need similar situation this hotel is really convenient. Straight out 202 to San pablo road. Price was right through hotels.com too."

"Breakfast was very good , pool was clean , hot tub is warm but lacking jets that really work , the only real negative was my room 627 was freezing ,when i first got into my room ac was set at 75 but it felt like 64 , i turned it up to 79 but it still felt like 69 when. i went to bed . Other then the cold room , it was nice and id go back again ."
