Thank you for considering our 4th-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bath 'oceanfront villa' situated in the Shipwatch Villas located on the grounds of the Omni Amelia Island Resort in Amelia Island, Florida.

Our expansive condo is meticulously decorated to exude a homely atmosphere, ensuring your comfort during your vacation while indulging in that luxurious resort ambiance! The balcony offers breathtaking ocean views, extending seamlessly from the living room, dining area, to the kitchen. Overlooking a serene green space, the condo's kitchen, eating area, and family room have been tastefully updated. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with TVs for entertainment. Quality towels and sheets are provided for a restful stay, while the fully stocked kitchen caters to all your culinary needs, complete with a Keurig coffee maker, regular drip coffee pot, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Upon request, we can also provide a Porta-Crib and high-chair.

For your convenience, we maintain a stock of beach chairs, umbrellas, and various beach toys in our condo's storage closet.

Please note that although the complex features an elevator, there are still approximately 5-7 stairs/steps to access our condo door after exiting the elevator. Kindly be informed that our complex is not handicap accessible.

As our guest, you will have access to the resort's walking and biking trails, spa, nature center, putt-putt, and more. Additionally, golfing opportunities abound in the Amelia Area, including Oak Marsh, conveniently located on the Omni resort grounds. Rentals for kayaks, bikes, and golf carts are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. It's essential to note that this property is not directly affiliated with Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not grant access to "resort privileges or amenities" such as the main hotel pool and fitness center, with Racquet Park exclusively open to club members and their guests. While you're welcome to utilize the public amenities throughout the Resort, please be aware that Shipwatch has its private pool, heated seasonally. Furthermore, guests can enjoy the resort's restaurants, shops, and spa, along with pickle ball courts and a basketball court at Drummond Point Park on the property.
