Gorgeous Oceanfront Home~Private Boardwalk and "Crow's Nest" with Amazing Views!

Come watch the amazing sights of dolphins frolicking and birds dancing on the water from this spacious and beautiful, recently remodeled 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom home in gorgeous Fernandina Beach!

This home has been recently updated with new paint throughout the interior and exterior of the home, new wood flooring, new back deck and new furnishings!

Come enjoy the spectacular scenery of the ocean views from the living room, dining room and kitchen areas as well as ample space outside for casual dining on the newly replaced lower deck and an upper deck area "Crow's Nest" where you can bask in the Florida sun while relaxing on chaise loungers and enjoying the ocean breeze!

There is a large kitchen for preparing meals for the family or guests. This wonderful kitchen is fully stocked and has all new stainless-steel appliances as well as a great breakfast bar area with seating for 5!

In addition to the seating of the breakfast bar, there is even more seating in the dining area with a spacious dining room table and 10 colorful and fun chairs while enjoying the oceanfront views!

There are 4 spacious bedrooms, with the master bedroom having a king size bed with adjoining full bath. The second bedroom has a set of twin beds with chest of drawers for clothes storage. The third bedroom hosts a queen bed and with a large closet for storage. There is also another full hall bathroom and a 1/2 bath available. The fourth and final bedroom has a queen bed with adjoining full bathroom including a soaking tub!

This home is surrounded by a large grassy area and outdoor shower for guests to enjoy as well as a huge, recently replaced back deck and boardwalk leading to the ocean!

This home has everything needed for a fun and relaxing vacation with family and friends! Whether you choose to explore Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island, sunbathe on the decks or venture out for a day at the beach, we look forward to your visit!

Beautiful location

Ability to walk out on to the beach is the best! House had plenty of space for the entire family, and we loved sitting out on the deck. Short drive to downtown restaurants, shopping, etc. would love to stay again!

Great say for Georgia Florida weekend

Nice place with a great location and nice beach down the walkway. Just down from The Surf which is a nice restaurant and short drive to Sliders as well.

Nice weekend on the beach

The location of this home is great. If you want to see the sunrise enjoy a quick walk to the beach this home is for you. It's coY yet roomy enough for my family of 6. Working with Amy was a breeze. She was responsive leading up to and throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful One Story Beach House

Unassuming house from the street with all the wow inside and with the best beach view out the back windows! Perfect for those trying to avoid stairs, but all the vacation beauty. We were traveling with our mid-80s parents and they navigated the house, the boardwalk and even the roof patio with ease. Great communication with host, and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing house in Fernandina

We were so pleased with our stay here. The house was impeccably clean, had lots of great hang out space, a very well stocked kitchen, and walking distance to fun restaurants. Not to mention… it is right in the beach with a very nice private boardwalk! We had an age range of 6 years old to 97 years old and everyone loved it.

Huge kitchen, nice bedrooms, newly remodeled

Great house and space. Two of the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, wonderful for couples. Top porch gives a long and beautiful view of the beach. Beach is great for taking walks.

Beach retreat with amazing view & boardwalk

Entire family enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was spacious with lots of counter space to prepare meals. It was well supplied with utensils! Plenty of bathrooms and even a half bath. Beds were comfortable. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and the Crow’s Nest was used daily by our 2 teen granddaughters. Nest was used hranfs. They lobef it.

We had a fantastic stay at your property. The location was perfect and the beach access was amazing! The house itself was spotless and just as described. We had ample room for our family of 5. The sunrise/sunsets were just amazing! The beds were comfortable and we also loved the layout of the property! Would definitely stay here again!!

This is a beautiful beach house. The pictures do not do it justice. We enjoyed everything about it and would definitely return. We were very impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was. The boardwalk to the beach is just a few steps off the back deck.

Friends Getaway

We had 3 couples meet for a reunion trip. The house was spacious and well stocked with everything we could have needed. We plan to make this an annual trip from now on. The location was a halfway point for all of us. Grocery stores and restaurants were close. The gas grill worked but seemed to be on its last leg. The boardwalk was nice and helped with privacy. Loved seeing the wild bunnies hopping around. We plan to visit again. Thank you for a great stay.

The PERFECT Beach House in a Fabulous Location

Our group had the most amazing week at this beautiful house oceanfront on Fernandina Beach. The house was exactly as described - and perhaps even better - with large areas to spread out, very good soundproofing in the bedrooms so those of us who got up earlier did not disturb those sleeping in, and a lovely large kitchen that allowed us plenty of room to prepare meals.I have stayed at many VRBO properties and never been dissatisfied, but this property may have been the first to be even better than expected. From the large luxury towels and comfortable bed linens, to the new beach chairs and available beach towels, and the convenience of the outdoor shower, the house provides exactly what you need for a relaxing week at the beach.The weather was perfect and we loved being able to spend time in the sun on the crow's nest and then move downstairs to the patio when shade was needed. Being able to walk down the newly redone private boardwalk to the beach almost made it seem we had the beach to ourselves, even when there were others out and about on the beach.We are already planning our return trip next year. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home.

Great bones but a few misses

Overall we had a great time with our group just hanging out, can’t beat the location and the house is perfect for a large group (in theory). We had 7 adults and a baby. The bunk bed was a big let down though, may work for small children but our 17 year old could not sleep on the top bunk, it was too creaky. He wound up sleeping on the couch which is also not very comfortable. Even the lower bunk was creaky, we wound up just putting the mattress on the floor. There also were no extra sheets. We had an accident one night and had to stay up all night while we washed the sheets. The master bath shower did not drain well, was gross standing in the dirty shower water. The upstairs patio is great but would be better if it was a true covering for the table underneath. When it rains you cannot use the patio, rain seeps through the upper deck planks. Other than those issues the house was great. Tesla charging is nearly 25 mins away but the house has a regular outlet on the front you can plug into for slow charging.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this VRBO beach house! The location couldn't have been better — just steps from the ocean with a private walkway that made beach access super easy and convenient. The house itself was fully stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to beach gear, which made the trip stress-free and enjoyable.The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which really made a difference. You can tell they care about their guests having a great experience. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described — if not better!We’re already talking about coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped beach getaway!

It was absolutely amazing!! House was even bigger in person than pictures showed! Quiet area, gorgeous private beach access and so much to do for everyone in town with many state parks/museums/biking and shopping!

Perfect!

We had three generations at the house and it was loved by all! The location right on the beach was phenomenal, as was the whole set up. It had all the beach toys and chairs and indoor games, and kept us all entertained. We also loved the open kitchen, which was very well set up with all the cooking pots/pans/utensils you may need. This was a fantastic house and I highly recommend it!
