We stayed in this property on our beach vacation and it was really great. Had everything we needed in a condo paired with an amazing view of the beach from the windows! There was a pool and the beach was a quick walk away. Would for sure stay here again! It was easy to check in and out and had zero issues!

Overall, we loved our stay here. The location was fantastic with restaurants and shopping only a short distance away. The views were amazing from within the condo, as well as the patio area. The condo was well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Very nice. Code didn’t work for the door we had to call someone to bring a key. No large trash bag for kitchen can, but all and all it had great views and clean.

The condo was great. The only complaint I have is the sofa. It felt like we were sitting on a wooden block. That's my only complaint.. The view and location were perfect. I had a quick question on the door the rep answered right away.

My mom and I lived every minute that we were there. When you walk in the feel of the condo was warm and comfortable. The color of the paint was spot on. The way Shirley has it decorated was more then I could have asked for. She has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with the most unique things. The king size bed was what we needed. We used the second bedroom as a dressing room. The views are what sold me on this property. The corner unit towards the beach. The windows that face the beach are spectacular.

There were several items that could have made our stay more enjoyable such as:A working elevator that was intermittent and down for the last two days of our stay. Hauling luggage and groceries up and down 3 flights of stairs is not my idea of a relaxing vacation. The living room area was not conducive to socializing as the Sofa was like concrete and the only other chairs in the room would not swivel to the TV. The tile floors throughout the unit were filthy, and you would have thought that after several years, the homeowner would have replaced the tile if for nothing else respect for their guests. The whole unit needs to be detailed and purged of clutter.That said the view was wonderful.

We have been doing beach vacations for 30 years. I get that we are “renting” someone’s vacay home. The location was great and complex was quiet and met our needs. This unit is filled to the brim with the owners stuff. The couch is a brick, uncomfortable not good for sitting but has lift up cushions for storage. The unit was not clean, toilets dirty and dust on every surface and light bulbs out. The easy access code on door not working and only one key available in old lock box which was inconvenient. I called the Mgmt Co and was told that they were an hour away and it was just too hard for them to get to the unit to fix things. (The new box is on the counter) TV in bead room not connected to stream or cable. This is unacceptable considering the fees charged for their services in the rental agreement. Do not rent from Evolve. You can find units in the complex for rent at a lower rate with the same view that are updated and better maintained. We talked to others while lounging at the pool who were satisfied with the unit they were in.

Fabulous ocean view in a great location!

The condo is located in a great area along the ocean that is close to the cute Old Town Fernandina Beach. It was also convenient to a grocery store for us to get supplies. It’s a corner unit located on the top floor with a spectacular 180 degree view of the beach and ocean. We spent every morning enjoying coffee on the outside porch watching the sun come up and dolphins swim by. The place is comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and a cozy little living room. It was a comfortable place to come home to at night after a fun day of activities. The only suggestion I would make, and I say it with love, is the couch needs to be replaced with a comfy pull out couch. The one there was not comfortable to sit on and it would only be acceptable for children to sleep on. That change would make that condo a fabulous place to stay. I read that the owner responded to a former visitor’s comment about the couch that it provided needed storage. I would suggest to put plastic bends under the beds and get a couch that was comfortable and could provide additional sleeping spaces for adults. We enjoyed our stay and would go back to this condo if we return to this area.

Pros:>The condo has great views, and is one of the best stocked eating / cooking rentals we've ever stayed at. The owners obviously care about their renters' experience.>The balcony area is small but great. Our only issue was that the highs were low 80's, so it wasn't as comfortable sitting there for prolonged periods as we would have liked. In cooler weather, it would be a fantastic place to sit on the comfortable chairs, sip coffee (or adult beverages) and watch the ocean.>It was a short walk on a private boardwalk to the beach, and then we could walk for miles on packed sand without having to leave the beach. >All of the appliances have been upgraded; the full size washer/dryer is a plus.>The Evolve team was great for the one question we had, immediately answered the phone and stayed on until the issue was resolved. Cons: (none of these are dealbreakers, just setting expectations)>This is an older complex, and the stairs, etc, show its age.>The bathrooms also show their age a little; nothing wrong, just not up to the standards of the upgraded appliances.>The main living area is smaller than shown in the photos, and a lot of furniture is packed into the small space. It was totally fine for the 2 of us, but might be too tight for 2 couples for more than one night, even tho there are 2 full size bedrooms and 2 full baths.>As mentioned in other reviews, the couch is not very comfortable. There is a comfortable recliner, and a fairly comfortable armchair.Overall, we are glad we stayed there, loved being able to see the ocean and beach from all parts of the main room, master bedroom and the balcony, and very much appreciated the owner's and Evolve's attention to make the stay a success.
