Amazing Views from this Affordable Oceanfront Condo!

Come enjoy the amazing ocean views from this fabulous two bedroom, two bathroom oceanfront townhome in Sandpiper Villas conveniently located on the southern end of Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island and just north of Summer Beach Resort and the magnificent Ritz Carlton Hotel.

This wonderful townhome design villa has two living levels for your enjoyment! The first level has a fully stocked kitchen, breakfast bar, ample dining area, and living room with gorgeous unobstructed views of the ocean and boardwalk just outside the full glass-panel view sliding glass doors.

Upstairs you will find two beautiful bedrooms with new bedding and two full baths. The master bedroom also has magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean that can be enjoyed from the upper balcony with sliding glass doors. This bedroom is beautifully appointed and has a king size bed for your enjoyment. The second bedroom also has two queen size beds for relaxing!

Step outside onto the lower balcony to enjoy the cool ocean breezes, expansive views of the ocean, Ritz Carlton/Summer Beach Resort area and Peter’s Point Park or you can just relax while listening to the soothing ocean waves crash against the shoreline.

If you prefer, there is also a wonderful, gated community pool area with abundant chaises for soaking in that wonderful Florida sun just steps from the townhome.

Whether you choose to take a stroll along the ocean, relax by the pool, do sightseeing in Historic downtown Fernandina Beach, enjoy the many fine area restaurants and shopping or do absolutely nothing but relax, this Sandpiper Villa is conveniently located so that all your vacation dreams can come true!

Nice stay on Amelia Island!

Location was excellent. Communication with management was superb. Had a lovely stay. Spent lots of time on both decks and walking the lovely, easily accessible beach. Would go back again!

Great Stay

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was located in a quiet area of the beach, yet was conveniently located to a grocery store and several restaurants.The condo was well-stocked with everything we needed. My wife, a self-described "clean freak," said this was one of the cleanest condos we have ever stayed in. Overall, we were very pleased with the condo and I have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Beach Getaway

The location of the condo was great! The views were perfect, and there was plenty of space for us to relax. Access to the beach was easy, and it was not overcrowded in this particular area. We would definitely visit again!

This property was in a great location. Right on the beach and an easy drive to the Historic District, Fort Clinch and Yulee for a movie. The property itself could use a refresh and a deep clean. But, all-in-all it was an enjoyable stay.

Very nice condo in great location on Amelia Island. Easy access to beach via boardwalk. Beach was virtually deserted on weekdays. Great views of ocean from upper deck. Well appointed kitchen & bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect location on a private beach. We loved that the beach was not overcrowded. We were within 15 minutes of everything we wanted… food, shopping, gym! The townhouse was clean and had a great view!

Time off

A good quite place to relax with a great view and wonderful restaurants about 15 minutes away. Choices of lower and ipper deck offered great places to read and enjoy a drink. If you don't want stairs don't book this condo. Wasnt a problem for us but you should know.

Amy was amazing. We had one small question and she addressed quickly. Views out the condo were awesome. We walked to beach every morning for the most beautiful sunrises. Wonderful access to beach. Would stay again.

Ocean view bedroom!

Very nice property right on boardwalk to private beach. The master bedroom has ocean views from the balcony which are just lovely. Super easy to walk to the beach and the beach has plenty of room - if you are okay with walking for 5 mins either way can essentially have a large space all to yourself. After nightfall the beach is completely empty for a romantic nighttime stroll. Nicely located as an easy drive to the downtown area. Would definitely stay here again when coming to Amelia Island!

Beautiful views, great beach

The neighborhood was wonderful, easy to get to and from your destinations. The home had two levels of specular views, and the beach is one of the best Florida beaches I’ve ever enjoyed - whether you are alone, a couple, or a large group with kids. The beds were mediocre at best, the pillows had no support, the furnishings were dated (nothing to worry about if you have kids), the fixtures were well past due for updating. The main steep entryway stairs were lacking a rail. We enjoyed our stay in Amelia and would definitely consider staying in one of the other townhomes in this complex. If you have littler kids this place is a great value and location.

Great location and accommodations

We had a wonderful stay at the Sandpiper. It's great to be on the ocean and this unit is close to the boardwalk leading to the beach. There were three of us and plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. The photos of the unit should be updated to reflect that the second bedroom has two beds. ( queen size I think) That might be good if you need more beds, but it makes that room kind of crowded. All in all a very nice place. Amelia Island is a great place to visit. Communication with the manager was very easy and she replied quickly to a question.

FYI...no bathroom on main level....lots of steps (steps up to main level and steps to bedrooms/2bathroom floor) . Just a "heads up" for older renters. Enjoyed bedroom by ocean, could hear waves laping on shore.

Looking forward to a get away with some dear friends that flew in to see us. The access to the beach was wonderful and the beds were super comfy. But I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the home. The paddle fans were covered in filth, hvac returns were black with dirt so I knew the ducts hadn’t been cleaned in months. The shower door was broken in the master. The handrail was on its last leg. Plus the closet lights didn’t work but above all the windows in the second bedroom would not open!!! If there was a fire, we had no way out. I would verify these items have been repaired before booking a reservation.

Dirty dirty dirty but great view

This place is so dirty, you can see an obvious layer of dust or dirt on the walls, fans, doors and door handles, lights and switches. Light colored couches and pillows were brown from use. Bed covers were stained. The appliances need to be replaced, the stove knobs were worn so you couldn't tell what temp the food was on. Overhead microwave is dead and has been replaced with a unit that sits on the counter. Master bath shower door needs replaced and the shower floor was coming up. The kitchen and bath faucets felt like they were about to fall off. Paint was very very worn. The view was absolutely gorgeous, oceanside white beaches just down the ramp. If you are even a bit clean, I would recommend staying somewhere else until they remodel and pay for deep cleaning.

Location and view

This condo is a great value for the money, possibly one of the best values on the south side of the island. Location is great, and the view from the master bedroom is incredible. Leaving the sliding glass window open at night allows you to go to sleep and wake to the sounds of the beach. The location is especially cool if you have local friends who can visit you using the Peters Point beach option of driving their car onto the beach. Really cool... We only used the master bedroom, and the mattress is very comfortable. Both bathrooms were fine and the water pressure was good. The communication with Amy the hostess worked flawlessly - - she answers any and all questions very quickly. When we identified an issue, it was handled very quickly. The door code for the front door was only four digits and worked the very first time without a hitch. WIFI was fast and we didn't have any problems. We did not use TV so we had no idea how the TV system works. The pool was right across from us, but we didn't use it either. We spent most of our time on the beach or in downtown Fernandina Beach. Only issue were the stairs, both to the living area from the front door and to the two bathrooms/bedrooms on the second floor. We are very mobile so this didn't create any problems for us. Anyone with mobility issues should probably not rent this condo.

The condo was perfect, clean and beautiful. Just steps from the beach, and only a 10 min. Drive into town. Lots of things to do in the area, and many great restaurants too.
