Entire House-Sleeps 7-South Jacksonville Gem

Jacksonville is where Florida begins. Enjoy the lovely atmosphere of this beauty. This 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is family-friendly, and can sleep up to 7 guests. Each room has its own TV, cable, internet/ Wi-Fi access. Updated kitchen to include a Keurig, microwave, kitchen utensils, washer and dryer. Feel free to sit out back and enjoy the natural treescapes and fruit trees. No pets allowed. You're only a "hop, skip and a jump away" from popular Jacksonville attractions, and the areas college and university campuses.

Our house was built in 1946. It has been newly renovated and also includes upgraded features to make your stay more comfortable. You will enjoy the openness and charm of this home.

We are located in the epicenter of south Jacksonville. You will be just a short ride from the city's wonders. Just think...15 minutes from The St. John's Town Center, 20 minutes from Jacksonville Beaches, and minutes away from Historic Riverside and Downtown.

Looks can be deceiving.

This is one property that I must say looking on the outside is skeptical. But looks can be deceiving. The home was comfortable close to many amenities in the city. Take it from me it was a beautiful place to utilize for a small get away. Thank you for allowing to use your place.

Overall the place was great for what we needed. The waters and snacks provided were greatly appreciated. Only suggestion is there’s not a specific bathroom listing in the description, so just note that it’s 1 bathroom. Had a great time!
