Direct Oceanfront 1st Floor Condo! Steps from the sand!!

Clean, beautiful and all the comforts of home. 2 bedroom/1 bath condo with the ocean so close you can almost touch it! A 20 foot balcony gives you the best seat in the house for sunrises, sunsets and dolphin viewing.

Master bedroom is on ocean side. The second bedrroom has a queen bed .A walk-in shower/water closet is between the two.

A fully furnished kitchen means you don't have to eat out every meal...unless you like to eat outside on the great balcony.

A wonderful place to get away and relax in the sun and surf. You can go to the Amelia Island Ritz Carlton for a massage or shop in Old Town Fernandina, explore Fort Clinch or watch for submarines leaving Kings Bay. End your days at one of the many fine eating establishments.

The guest notebook in the unit provides you with lots of options to explore.

Really cute, clean , oceanfront condo. Nice and quiet. Owners left a bottle of wine and some snacks which was a nice touch. Lovely balcony to sit and watch the waves. Felt very comfortable, not like staying in someone else’s house.

Peaceful perfection on the beach!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time staying here over the July 4th holiday! The condo had a perfect view of the ocean and we loved that it was literally steps to the waves! The owners were so communicative with every question we had and the condo itself was thoughtfully appointed. It was perfection and we look forward to staying there again in the future!

Beautiful condo with a balcony overlooking the ocean and a wonderful beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo right on the beach! The beach access was through a locked gate in the parking garage, and the beach was not crowded at all while we were there. There was an elevator, which was much appreciated for the luggage. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beach decor was pretty, and the beds and furniture comfortable. It was a short drive to many restaurants and the historic town of Ferdinandina Beach. We would love to stay again!

First time to the island and this property was perfect! Very clean and comfortable.. even the mattress and I’m usually picky. Loved the porch directly facing the beach. Spent so much time out there. First Time to Amelia Island!

Mike and Faye’s place was perfect! It was bright, clean and right on the beach. We enjoyed watching the sunrise while enjoying coffee on the balcony. The beach was a few steps away where we walked along the beautiful sand and looked for shark teeth. We would love to come back again soon!

Great stay right on the beach. Weather was great. Patio was large. All utensils provided. Only negative was the bed was too soft and apt needed a bit more cleaning. Also, roof was being worked on but negotiated a discount. So with discount, couldn’t complain.

This was our first visit to Amelia Island and we could not have been any happier with the condo and it's location! The condo itself has an amazing view and literally just steps to the beautiful beach! Sunrises were absolutely gorgeous and dont even have to get out if bed to see them! We also got to enjoy dolphins swimming nearby. The condo is very, very clean and had more than could ask for as far as supplies for kitchen, bed and bath. The thoughtful goody basket was also a very nice touch! Would highly recommend a nice stay at this condo. Thanks to Mike & Faye for letting us enjoy your slice of heaven! :)

Great Condo! Description was not accurate

The condo was great! We had a great stay! It was very clean and we loved the decor. The Owner was great and responded to every text. The description said the condo slept 6 because it had a fold out sofa. It did not have a fold out sofa. The owner did bring a roll away twin bed that slept 1. I did look for somewhere that slept 6. The description also said it had a BBQ grill but when I asked there was no BBQ grill and they never had one. during our stay they were having construction on the beach so all the days but the first one was not oceanfront and we heard the construction all night.
