I am sorry to here that you felt dismissed regarding your concerns. I researched notes from your stay and see the front desk went to your room to check the shower with you, and did not find an issue. The staff is unaware of any complaint regarding pests or cleanliness of the room. We take any complaints regarding either of those issues seriously and would have been more than happy to move you to another room. I do hope you give us a chance to better serve you in the future.
