Cute Beach Themed Hideaway

Cute and cozy Beach Theme 2 bedroom, 1 bath home.

We have travelled extensively and work very hard to include the amenities that are most appreciated when on the road, such as a well stocked kitchen and bathroom, plenty of blankets and towels, Smart TV's in living room each of the guest rooms.

The space
House has all items you'll need - towels, linens, shampoo, soap, washer/dryer, full kitchen.

The kitchen has basic items: coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, bowls, utensils, glasses, etc. The oven is gas powered and has a built in griddle

If you would specific items such as; crock pot, blender, mixer, cake or pie pans, etc., just put in a request and if we have it, it will be in the house when you arrive.

We have completely remodeled this home on the inside - completely new kitchen with new appliances, new bathtub and tile around it decorated with beach theme decor.

The house is situated off the main road a bit and is quiet and secluded. We have a fence in the front and side yards with one side fully fenced in should you need it for your furbaby. We also have a small porch off the Master with a gas grill.

Simply wonderful

We arrived after dark and initially drove past it as we didn't see it. When I opened the front door I couldn't believe how cute it was. Very comfortable too. We enjoyed every minute there.

Cozy and Perfect

What an amazing place - better than advertised. Home offered everything we needed, especially travelling with our fur baby -the yard made him feel at home. The rooms were very cozy and comfortable, AC was amazing as was the shower. We had plenty of options to eat around town and when we stayed in, the kitchen was perfect to cook in. Also loved that we had plenty of options to stream shows and movies. Highly reccomend!

We had a lovely time! Cute little cottage, conveniently close to everything we needed! Our dogs LOVED the space as well. Hosts were very accommodating to all of our family!

Great Getaway!

We enjoyed our stay and the hosts were very nice. The house is just perfect for our party of 4 and our dog. Our dog loved the fenced in yard. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great location and pet friendly

The location was perfect, the rental very well equipped and the owners were awesome. We were traveling with dogs and the rental was exceptionally clean while being very dog friendly. My dogs were relaxed and comfortable which made our time relaxing as well. There wasn’t anything we lacked for our stay.

Comfortable Cozy Cottage

We enjoyed the home very much! Jeff and Jalene were very good hosts and the home was well supplied with linens and dishes. This is a wonderful, central location. We found that all the places we wanted to see in Jacksonville were 15-20 minutes at most.

Family friendly beach cottage

The house was clean and newly renovated. The property manager was quick with communication and provided anything that was missing in a timely manner. We really appreciated the child friendly amenities like the crib and pack and play. The place had everything we needed for our family.

Amazing Jacksonville property!

This property is warm and inviting. It is bigger than the pictures made it seem! We were in town for a quick 2 day trip for TPC Sawgrass, but the property had all the supplies we needed! It is easy to find and close to restaurants and shopping. The hosts were quick to send clear instructions and answer all our questions! Highly recommend this property!

Property was excellent; just as described! Amazing location as I was looking for something close to my son at JU. Very clean. Quiet. Cute and quaint! Highly recommended. Great stay during Mayo Clinic procedures

The house is very cute and a little off the road, like a hide-away. It's decorated nicely. It was the perfect amount of room for me, my boyfriend, and our two pups. I was having procedures done at Mayo Clinic throughout the week and it was less than 20 minutes from the clinic. It was nice to be able to come back to a house and not a hotel room, especially being able to have my dogs there with me (: And for a more than reasonable price. Jalene and Jeff were great hosts and checked in on us to make sure we arrived and asked if we needed anything. It was a stress free stay and very comfortable!

Wonderful hideaway!
