Stylishly updated with modern finishes and hand selected furnishings, this two bedroom / two bath unit is located just steps from the beach. Enjoy the well-equipped kitchen and in-unit coffee bar after a day of basking in the sun or sit on your private patio for an evening cocktail. The unit features high end finishes, plush linens, and the perfect amenities for your beach vacation.

Duke's Beach is a fully renovated beachfront home featuring 4 individual vacation rental units.

The Reef unit features a private first floor patio with outdoor seating that is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. This unit is a first floor unit along the east side of the building and is not an ocean view unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking essentials needed for your stay, along with a coffee bar outfitted with a Keurig. Upgrades to this fun cooking space include soft close cabinets & drawers, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a microwave and oven for cooking meals as well as a full refrigerator and freezer. There are two bedrooms in this unit. One bedroom has a queen sized bed with plush linens and built in reading lights. The second bedroom features a full sized bed, full length mirror, and plush linens. The two bathrooms have both been fully renovated with walk-in showers, custom decorative tile, and stunning vanities. For your convenience, the unit contains an iron and ironing board, luggage rack, hair dryers, and beach towels for use during your stay.

Guests will have full access to all common areas of the property, including the laundry room. Oceanside, the property features a large outdoor entertaining space for all guests of the property to enjoy. The space includes lounge chairs, two grills, multiple dining areas, and an outdoor shower. The property also has a private beach walkover which makes accessing the beach a breeze!

Fresh linens are provided along with starter housekeeping supplies which include paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, basic toiletries, a few Kcups, and trash bags.

Located in the middle of Amelia Island, Duke's Beach House is a quick drive or walk to all of the island's best dining and shopping.

Within walking distance, you can enjoy dining and live music at The Surf or Slider's, or ice cream from several local treat spots.

To the North you will find Main beach featuring the Salt Life restaurant and Sandbar Kitchen, a playground, and beachside putt putt golf. From there, Amelia Island's downtown historic district is a short drive down Atlantic Avenue. Here you will find plenty of wonderful restaurants, shopping, nightlife and local culture. Fort Clinch State Park is also located along Atlantic Avenue. The park features the 19th century Fort Clinch (still open to the public for tours), a great beach, and lots of beautiful trails for hiking or biking.

The South end of the island boasts several wonderful restaurants, the Ritz and Omni resorts, a picturesque canopy biking trail, and charming local boutiques. We recommend checking out the Ritz spa if you are looking for a relaxing treat!

Amelia Island is a small area and is easy to navigate! There is free parking available throughout the entire island making driving very easy to any place you choose to visit.

Ubers are available through the app on your smartphone.

Bike rentals are available at Hall's Beach Store located just 1 mile north of Duke's Beach House.

This cozy condo was just perfect for my mother and I. It was beautifully remodeled. It was also just steps away from the beach. Exactly what we were looking for a long weekend get away. Will rent again!

The Reef

Quick trip away from the cold of TN

Our stay was great! We were welcomed in the room by a bottle of wine and a clean well supplied place to stay. Location was convenient to downtown, walking distance to some restaurants.

This place is exactly as promised in the listing. Very clean, great location. Loved that we had private access to the beach. Very close driving distance to plenty of restaurants and stores. The owners were wonderful! Very responsive when we reached out with questions. HIGHLY recommend this place :)

The Reef was perfect for what we were looking for. Had all the essential needed. Very cozy & comfortable. Excellent place to stay. Just a note, the battery for the smoke detector is dying as it kept beeping through out the stay.

Amelia Island Stay

We were extremely impressed with the place we stayed. Very clean and well cared for in every way. The walk to the beach is wonderful. Lots of turtles to see on you way to the beach! Our host was wonderful and we hope to return soon!

Duke’s was super cute and also just steps away from the beach. We had a great time and our Britney loved it! We will definitely be revisiting here on our next trip back to Amelia.

14th anniversary

Very nice little apartment, perfect for 2 maybe 4 people. It’s not an ocean view location but its so close to the beach that it didn’t really matter! It’s a short drive to historic downtown and the beach was beautiful.

A Wonderful Getaway

Jenny and Mark were very helpful anytime I messaged them for any questions! Their place was very clean, convenient to everything, and well stocked. Love staying on the beach! Also, a cold bottle of wine was waiting on us when we arrived. Such a wonderful surprise!

Cute Rental, Great Location but unit is small. We enjoyed our stay and the host was very helpful. The unit is updated and a great place to stay. My family of three plus my dad stayed and it suited our need perfectly. The only slight inconvenience is that the laundry is shared between 4 units and there is no dishwasher. 5 star rental and ownership.

Great getaway on Amelia Island

The Reef was a great getaway over the holiday weekend. The unit is beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you need for your stay. The bottle of wine was an unexpected but appreciated surprise. There is some construction going on next door--it was quiet over the weekend but work resumed bright and early the next day. It looks like most of the exterior work is almost finished, so hopefully this will not be an issue for much longer. The unit worked really well for a couple--cute and cozy!
