This patio-style condo features an open layout with soaring ceilings and a wall of windows that fill the living room with natural light. Comfortable seating and a cozy fireplace create an inviting setting for reading, streaming your favorite shows on the flat screen TV with standard cable, or simply unwinding. High-speed Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected if needed.

Outdoor living
Step out to the screened lanai overlooking the second fairway of the Sawgrass Country Club East Course. Accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom, this peaceful outdoor space offers a quiet place to sip coffee, enjoy a meal at the dining table, or relax with fresh coastal air.

Sleeping arrangements
The condo comfortably accommodates 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 3 beds. The master bedroom features a king bed, direct lanai access, and a flat screen HD TV with AT&T U-Verse. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and its own TV. Two bathrooms and bathroom essentials add everyday comfort.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and hot water kettle. A dining table provides space for shared meals, whether you’re preparing breakfast before the beach or dinner after a day out.

Amenities & location
Enjoy air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, an in-unit washer and dryer, private entrance, free parking on premises for 2 spaces, and access to a community pool. The beach is within walking distance, and beach essentials are provided for your stay.
