Natural light fills the space throughout the day, and when you're ready to settle in, a fireplace and comfortable seating create a warm, unhurried atmosphere. Ceiling fans and air conditioning keep things comfortable regardless of the weather, and a TV with Wi-Fi means entertainment is always on hand when you want it.

Sleeping arrangements
The condo sleeps up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a TV, and direct access to the lanai - a quiet corner to step outside first thing in the morning. The second bedroom has two twin beds, making it a practical and comfortable fit for families or small groups. Both rooms include bed linens, hangers, and storage.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home. Appliances include a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and hot water kettle, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. A dining table inside provides a comfortable spot to gather for meals.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms serve the condo, each with the essentials covered. One bathroom includes a bathtub, and a hair dryer is available for guest use.

Outdoor living
The screened lanai is one of the standout features here - a sheltered outdoor space with seating and peaceful golf course views. Whether you use it to start your morning with coffee or wind down after a day at the beach, it earns its place as one of the most-used spots in the condo.

Practical extras
A washer and dryer are available in the unit, along with a dedicated workspace, private entrance, and free parking on premises with space for 2 vehicles. Safety features include a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Please note this is a no-pet property.
