Coastal Oaks is a wonderful single-family home on a quiet cul-de-sac that is ready to be your home-away-from-home during your visit to Atlantic Beach and Florida's First Coast. This fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath home has a large living room, a well equipped kitchen with an eat-in area as well as a separate dining room for family gatherings. This property requires a 3 month minimum rental. See Below.

Looking for a relaxing escape without leaving home? Step outside onto the paver patio and get close to nature in the well shaded natural setting of this private backyard where you can watch and listen to the wide variety of birds that come to visit.

Other features include en-suite bath in the primary bedroom, 2-car garage, laundry area, close to Atlantic Beach, as well as many parks, shops and dining. If the beach is what you love it's just an easy 6-minute walk to immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of the ocean. Dog(s) Only Allowed (2 Maximum), With Pre-Approval & Additional Pet Fees. This property is a perfect for snowbirds and others who are looking for a longer-term stay (3-month minimum rental) in Atlantic Beach.

1908 Sea Oats: the perfect stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We needed a long term stay near the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville and the 3-bedroom home in nearby Atlantic Beach proved to be a dream come true. The home has every amenity that you could ever need and very clean. It is quiet and shaded, just blocks from the beach. The tree-covered lane makes for a comfortable one-mile stroll. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. We ended up staying six months and loved it. It was the perfect oasis for all of the hustle and bustle of the highly acclaimed clinic.
