The condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms.

Guest bedroom - Two twin beds and access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower

Both bedrooms provide direct access to the Florida Room, allowing you to step out and enjoy the calm golf course views.

Guests have access to Wifi and a dedicated workspace for remote work, along with a washer and dryer for added convenience. Located within Sawgrass Country Club, the condo provides access to a community pool and the peaceful surroundings of this established Ponte Vedra community. Please note that club amenities within Sawgrass are private to members.

This property is located within Sawgrass Country Club. Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are private. Guests have access only to the community pool. Community beach access is via a beach access point only - there is no parking at the access point.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
