I normally do not write reviews but compelled to write this one because there were so many negatives — no exhaust fan in bathroom, bathroom lock didn’t work, toilet didn’t flush the first time every time, bathtub faucet was leaking while shower is on, room cleaning once in 4 days, super smelly lobby area, one of two access card didn’t work, dead bolt dead… overall, a bad experience!

The rooms look like you are in a shelter a homeless shelter not anywhere a person would fly out of town to go stay from home when you leave your home you want to go somewhere that’s beautiful nice and lightning like a home away from home. This was not neither the case this was terrible, would never go again Would never recommend anyone else to go

I really would like to give a good review but I can’t. I have never stayed at a place so loud. You might as well not have walls or doors. You can literally hear everything. People in the halls, every door that opens on your floor, any noise beside above and below you. This is no exaggeration unfortunately. They other customers are beyond rude and loud which the staff just lets happen. If you are looking for a clean room, soft bed and no sleep this would be the place you would want.

This property would have gotten a 5 if the breakfast would have been provided like other locations at the hotel. Otherwise, it was good. The one lady clerk was very sweet and helpful. I didn’t feel like I was a bother. The cleaning staff respected my do not disturb and just exchanged the towels.

Not what I've come to know about a Wyndham property. This is a old Best Western building re-branded to Wyndham. Bathrooms were out of date, the shower did not drain so you're left standing in ankle deep water as you shower. There is no breakfast service. Overall this just isn't what you would expect by booking a Wyndham property

Efficient desk staff, clean room, comfortable beds and pillows, in room refrigerator/microwave/safe/coffee, ample electrical outlets for charging devices, location has easy access to downtown. Perfect for an overnight. Lobby decor is worn and odd; attached restaurant is not open; no outdoor seating.

We enjoyed our suite room, but the noise from the elevator constantly dinging and the housekeeping area was right next to our room and was quite noisy in the early mornings. Besides the noise the room was comfortable, but it was difficult to get restful sleep with the hallway noise.

The room itself was great! My issue was with the bathroom. The shower could use a new shower head. The curtain rod was bent so the ends of the curtain kept sliding to the center of the rod. The curtain also had holes torn in it. There was mold on the ceiling. And the loghting could be a little brighter. When you get in the shower, the closest bulb wad out so it was a little dark.

The staff at check in said that my travel agent had not down the virtual pay properly. I had to fove them my credit card information at the time of check in. In had already through your site. I had also requested a handicap deluxe room i did fet the deluxe room put it was not handicap accessible. There was doors slamming into the early morning hours. We had been at the Mayo clinic qll day we were very tired not to mention my mother is ull. Bad experience.

Run down, loud, uncomfortable bed. Stayed on the 5th floor at the extreme end of the hall and could hear the ridiculous beeping of the elevator every time one car passed a floor all the way from my bed. Toilet ran periodically through the night. Place was run down, wall paper peeling, etc.

Let me start with the positive. We arrived on Wednesday evening and the front door was broken. It was fixed the next day. No real inconvenience just an annoyance we had to use the back door. The place was clean, a bit run down, but clean. It was in a good location for what we were there for. Thursday evening after our outing for the day, we came back to NO TV. Not everyone was affected in the hotel, only certain areas. We were out of tv for the rest of our stay, we left on Tuesday. They never offered to move us to another room. The deadbolt lock on our door didn’t work. There was only 1 usb plug in the room, thankfully we brought our cubes. The sign said we would have services to change towels and sheets on our 3rd day, which is normal, but we only got towels, no sheet change and I had to ask for more towels, they only left us with 1 each, there were 2 of us. No breakfast and the restaurant was expensive that was connected to the hotel. Although it was minor things that were out of sorts, there were too many. We won’t stay here again.
