  • Welcome to 2065 Beachwood! Nestled in the dunes and just across from the beach, this dog-friendly villa offers a peaceful island escape.

    Enjoy a full kitchen, comfortable living space, washer/dryer, and WiFi. Walk to beach paths, shops, restaurants, and the charming little sandy golf course.

    Located in Amelia Island Plantation with Omni Resort. Beach gear included for easy travel and days in the sand. Very convenient to the community pool!
    Welcome! We want you to have a wonderful stay. Please help us keep our home in great condition for future guests.

    General Rules
    Registered guests only.
    No parties, events, or large gatherings.
    Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
    Maximum occupancy:6 guests.
    Smoking
    No smoking or vaping inside the condo.
    Any evidence of smoking inside may result in additional cleaning charges.
    Pets
    Dogs are welcome with prior approval.
    Please clean up after your pet and keep pets off furniture whenever possible.
    Parking
    Follow all community parking rules and regulations.
    Condo Community
    Please be respectful of neighbors and community amenities.
    Follow all posted pool, beach, and community rules.
    No glass containers in pool areas.
    Care of the Property
    Report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible.
    Please do not move furniture.
    Leave the condo in reasonably tidy condition upon departure.

We enjoyed staying here with our 2 Frenchies - we were careful to cover the furniture as we do this at home also. It was extremely hot for our stay but the condo was clean & comfortable!!
