Enjoy a renovated 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom home with an additional sleeper sofa in the living room. Fully equipped spacious kitchen with new appliances will make meals a breeze. Relax in a private, enclosed, back yard with mature foliage.

Your stay will be enhanced with private washer and dry, central air conditioning and off-street parking for two vehicles.

Beach vibes through out property- Smart TVs in every bedroom and 65" in the living room.
-Streaming is available through the Guest's accounts
-Washer and Dryer are Front load units.
-Folding table and chairs for 4 people stored in laundry room, for increased seating in Kitchen.
-Beach towels supplied to help reduce the head ache of packing extra materials for vacation!

Mayo home away from home

Great property. Met our needs perfectly. My wife was at Mayo Clinic for surgery and our family was able to stay here and commute back and forth daily. Also had a chance to go to beach one day which was a 10 minute drive. Host was very responsive to questions. Great experience. Highly Recommend.

Birthday visit

Very nice home, the washer door handle was broken off though I went to try and open it and it cut my fingers up. I love the area it was in. I do suggest getting rid of the spiders it was a great big one in the tree. I would book again when I come back home for a visit.
