Guests get their own baths. Garage parking included. Relax on the balcony with coffee or wine, steps from Main Beach. Walk to restaurants, parks, and Fort Clinch. Downtown’s just minutes away. Everything you need for a relaxing, memorable stay is right here. **Notice from the Building Association: The building’s elevator is currently out of service as we await replacement parts. Manual operation is available for guests with disabilities or for moving luggage—please notify us if you need assistance. All other guests should plan to use the exterior stairs to access their unit. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.**

Very clean, roomy, and well-appointed condo. Conveniently located to downtown; mere steps to a couple of restaurants and the beach. Great view of ocean from the porch. Park/playground directly in front of us great to have with a little one. Large walk-in closet in master bedroom was perfect for a pack and play for sleeping baby. Host very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Would definitely return. No fault of condo owner or host, but the elevator was down 7 of the 8 days we were there. This was more of an inconvenience with a toddler and all the accompanying gear, not a true complaint.
