Amelia Island Oceanview 3 Bedroom Private Home

  • This is the perfect beach house for your vacation! Spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath townhome across the street from the ocean with public beach access directly across the street.  Also, for your enjoyment is a private garage featuring all your beach needs and including a gas grill.  This townhome is pet friendly so your furbaby can also enjoy a vacation!!  

    Enter the property from the ground floor where you will find a Master bedroom featuring a King bed and ensuite bath, also located on this floor is a guest bedroom featuring a full bed with an ensuite bath.  Travel up the stairs to the second floor where you will find the  Kitchen overlooking the living room and ocean views.  From the living room you can walk out to your balcony where you can sit and enjoy the ocean sounds along with amazing sunsets and sunrises.  There is also a 3rd bedroom located on this level with an en-suite bath.

    All amenities are included such as beach towels, chairs, and a wagon to help with your walk to the beach.    All you need is your swimsuit!
