The Tarpon Retreat offers a blend of relaxation and adventure and it’s just a 3 minute walk to the beach.

This ground-floor condo is steps to the pool and tennis courts and is walking distance to Main Beach Park, which offers basketball courts, volleyball courts, skate park, and 2 restaurants. It’s also a short drive to historic downtown and Fort Clinch State Park.

Whether you're here to soak up the sun, explore outdoors, or simply unwind with a book, this is your ideal island getaway.


This 2-bedroom, one bath, ground floor condo has 1 bedroom with a king size bed and 1 bedroom with a queen size bed. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There are fans in each bedroom. Dining room table seats 4. The kitchen is full service and includes drip and Keurig coffee makers with coffee, a tea pot with tea, and ice maker in freezer. Enjoy the use of 4 beach chairs and beach towels.

Other things to note:
Enjoy sunrise walks on Amelia Island’s white sand beach, shark teeth hunting, shell collecting, surf fishing, surfing, body boarding, basketball courts, skate park, and beach volleyball, all within walking distance.

A full-service marina with fishing and sightseeing charters as well as first class golfing are a short drive. On sight boat and RV parking is available.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Our host Colleen was very quick to respond to our questions prior to arrival and even provided a welcome basket with a sweet note, water bottles, snacks, and dog treats for our fur baby :) the condo was stocked with everything you may need and we really appreciated the shelf labeling in the kitchen. It was a very relaxing stay, close to nearby restaurants and a very close walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!!
