"Great location, near Neptune Beach. Pool with slide was lots of fun! Clean, quiet location. Coffee, pool towels, toiletries, board and card games available for us to use. Adam was a fantastic host, helpful and available but never obtrusive. Would stay again 🙂"

"My friends and I enjoyed our stay.. the room was clean and quaint. There were a couple of things, as a sponsor that I would have taken care of prior to guest arrival had I been the host of rental, such as, coffee available, fresh Folded extra sheets and blankets (there was a sheet in an ottoman that was waded up , which i did not want to use for didn't know if clean or NOT) , ice trays with made ice, and moldy bread thrown out. I was surprised to see no stove, but that's my error I guess for...

"Celebrated a birthday with a relaxing day upon check in then a fishing trip. Boat captain could of easily picked us up from the residence pier. House was close to the ferry drop off so easy access to mayport and jax beach. Down the street from Huguenot. Grilled and used the air fryer there for meals. Had a great time, excellent host."

"Beautifully appointed, very "of the moment" design wise, really lovely carriage home. It's small, but expertly designed. Donny was responsive and helpful when needed. Great neighborhood within walking distance of shops in a beautiful part of Jax. The only issue (and it's a tough one to get right because it's such a personal preference) is that the pillows were not firm and a bit lumpy - for my taste. But everything else about the stay made up for it. We would definitely stay here again."
