"Wonderfully appointed home. Anything you could possibly want is there. Very clean. We did have an issue with the AC in the master bedroom, but Amy was super responsive and got it sorted right out. Only downside was the beach is quite inaccessible at times during the day, due to the tide coming in. Pay attention to the time of high tide. "

"This property is lovely and everything we hoped for the only complaint I have is about check-in/check out times. Currently they are set and don't offer early or late check in /check out times or additional parking passes. Parking on surf city is very difficult , so these amenities would be helpful."

"The rooms were nice and clean. They are open like a studio apartment but that worked good for our three families that rented three rooms. It was really nice to have a full kitchen. The pullout wasn’t too comfortable but the beds were. Would definitely stay here again."
