Kennington's Mansion, Unbelievable new retreat

Kennington's is an incredible home and guest house nestled in the Belhaven neighborhood of Jackson, Mississippi. You'll have 7 Beds, 5 baths and 2 half baths all to yourself. Upstairs in the main house there are 4 en-suite king bedrooms. Downstairs there are 2 half baths. A short walk thru the garden takes you to the carriage house where there are 2 additional queen bedrooms and 1 king bedroom. The 3 bedrooms in the carriage house share a bathroom. Rental includes exclusive use of the pool, grounds and parking for up to 7 vehicles. There is a Viking Professional convection oven, 2 standard fridges and 2 wine fridges, 2 icemakers. We understand concerns about high fees. Our cleaning fee is 100% paid to our excellent cleaner. If few beds are used and the home and grounds are left in a good condition, our cleaners will discount the price. We are happy to pass this savings to our guests. We charge no additional fees.

Amazing -we loved it

My family stayed at Kennington mansion for a family event- celebration of life. The house is as pictured only better. It’s beautiful and homey at the same time. Everyone in our family loved it. We had people from all over the US- trust me it’s a real treat. It’s like a luxury property. Book there now because once it catches on the price us definitely going up!!

Hidden Gem

This property is truly a hidden gem. It was perfect for our family. We were in MS for a funeral. So for a sad occasion this property brought joy. The basketball court, in ground trampoline, pool and the flow of the home was exactly what we needed to be able to connect and relax after all the stress of the service. The Kennington Mansion is truly a hidden diamond. The decor is so amazing! The quality of products used through out the home shows a higher caliber of care. We felt truly pampered while staying at Kennington Mansion! We will stay here again!

Great house for large family

This Property was perfect for my family to stay in while in Jackson for wedding. Would highly recommend staying and if in Jackson again with large group would definitely book again.
