Features include commercial grade appliances, gas fireplace, reclaimed trestle wood floors, quartz countertops, wool carpet, stone floors, private elevator access, and two designated underground parking spaces in heated garage. You will be quite comfortable enjoying the modern architecture with a touch of rustic. Be sure to visit the iconic elk antler arches on Town Square and enjoy dining, shopping, nightlife, art galleries, and events. Unit comes with 2 underground heated parking spaces with a max clearance of 7'3" which fits a standard SUV without roof rack.

199 East Pearl is one of Jackson's most coveted buildings with in-town convenience and midway proximity between world-famous Teton Village /Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, the airport and national parks. Well furnished, clean unit in a very nice quiet building. The building is in a great location very close to all of the restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend. One of the better units we have stayed in in the last five years and we visit a couple of times per year.

A couple of blocks away from the heart of Jackson, so we were able to walk everywhere. The unit is modern, spacious, nice toiletries and spotlessly clean. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect spot to relax & walkable to Jackson Hole Antler Arch!

This property was perfect for 2 couples on an adventure. Loved the large central kitchen and great room with cozy fireplace. We were busy during the day with snowmobiling so really appreciated the awesome place to rest up. For meals could easily walk to the many restaurants in Jackson Hole but also was great to eat in and appreciate the condo!

Location, Location, Location

This unit was great! There are so many amenities! The fully equipped kitchen, large bathrooms, ample closet space, full size washer and dryer, all make it feel like you're at home and not at a regular old hotel. While there are no mountain views, the location is awesome. It's a quick walk to anything in Jackson. The two underground parking spots are a huge plus! I highly recommend!

We were thrilled to have a lot of space to spread out, comfortable beds, a high end kitchen with all the gadgets washer/dryer and a garage for the car. The location is a block off the main square. All the codes to get in and out of the building took a minute to get used to and the master shower is a little small considering the size of the unit. Regardless, we would definitely stay here again and recommend to other families or two couples.

Mostly good

Most of the stay was good.MBR has poor circulation; AC did not properly cool that room. I called the property manager and a fan was sent the next day. However, whoever delivered the fan disrupted the lock in some way, and from that point on, it required that we manually activate the lock on the door. I would also suggest checking the large throw rug by the window and 2 white chairs; I believe it has fleas (I have flea bites after sitting in that area).

The view was awesome. The property is very secure. We had to have passcodes to enter, park, use the elevator, etc. The only thing I would suggest, which is minor, is a full length mirror somewhere in the place and possibly some stand up fans. It was September and we did not have control of the AC so sometimes it was a bit stuffy. We will definitely stay here again though. Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the place...cozy, comfortable, clean, close to town....5 star in every way. However, I feel I would be remiss in not mentioning the codes involved to get around the building. From the garage the elevator needs a code - the safety issue is the elevator door closes and you must have a code for it to move. Our friend staying with us took a load of luggage down and got stuck in the elevator even with the code. Approximately 45 minutes later, the building super shut the circuit breaker and got it moving. We made our flight but not a good experience. Spoke to Apex and they said they would contact the building. Something to be aware of....
