"There isn’t enough room to state how perfect every single detail was during our stay at Hotel Jackson! Our rooms were always spotless every time we entered. Turn~Down service was perfect! The extra touches like biscotti, hot tea, coconut macaroons, luxurious shower products, and candies certainly made us feel pampered! Each and every staff member was so helpful and friendly. From the doormen, the Waitstaff and bartenders, the concierge service arranging tours last minute and housekeeping always doing the little things. We felt as if we were coming home to friends every time we walked through the door. Thank you guys for making this a memorable experience. We will be back! "

"Highly recommend!! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Our fireplace wasn’t working in our room so they upgraded our room so we could have a working fireplace. The whole place was comfy and cozy. Breakfast was the best continental breakfast we have ever experienced!! Located near the town square so we were able to walk around easily. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay next time we are in Jackson!! "
