"Breakfast was horrible. Not worth it at all. Stayed here two years ago for track regional and breakfast is still as same ole cheap products. Needs an upgrade. I booked through Hotels.com and was charged on my debit card and my wifes debit card. Still tied up in the refund process trying to get my funds back. Just know when i come back for the regional track meet next year. I will not be staying here. Ever again. Two years ago, i enjoyed my stay here. This time was horrible. Never again. Didn't get room cleaned each day. Had sticky stuff on the floor when we che ked in and had to wait for the next morning to get it cleaned. Staff was not good at all. Did not have any hospitality. "

"Room was spotless, staff very helpful and friendly especially after the fact that a tornado had hit the town 2 days earlier… would definitely stay there again!"

"They allowed us to check in early due to an appointment we had to be at around usual check in time! Staff was very friendly and gave us everything we needed to know about the amenities since it was our first time with them! Definitely recommend them and will stay there again if we ever need to."

"Room was not very clean. Walls and furniture were beat up as of they were in the process of remodeling rooms and bkfst room. Several small cockroachs showed up in the room. Couch was so worn out, could not sit on it comfortably. Mold on tile in bathroom. All amenities were shut down and not open."

"Did not eat breakfast. Room 423 had things that need to be fixed: window shade does not pull up abd down easily. Closet shelf and clothes bar not attached to wall. The whole place seemed musty. However, the staff was nice and the room was very quiet."
