The Bend is spacious retreat that boasts 1.2 acres with almost 572 feet of shore line - perfect for fishing, swimming, or relaxing in the sun on the top level of the 2-story dock. The Bend is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood with a gentle slope to the water with the minimal steps to the lake. Walkable to Bo's at Indian River Marina for great food, drinks, and entertainment!
The Bend features a spacious layout designed to accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably. The interior is tastefully appointed with rustic-cabin inspired decor, creating a soothing ambiance that reflects the essence of lake life.
Unwind in the cozy living room, equipped with plush seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The main house boasts 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with showers/tubs and sleeps 10 comfortably in two king beds, two queen beds and two twin beds. The large finished basement is ideal for ready for hours of fun and is a perfect retreat for kids and adults alike. With a spacious, open layout, there’s plenty of room for a variety of activities! Durable flooring, bright lighting, and easy access from the deck and main living area makes this a practical and welcoming area for everyone.
The flex space, known as The Bend Bungalow is the perfect space to spread out. Accessible via a spiral staircase in the kitchen, The Bend Bungalow offers an additional 6th bedroom with 3 twin beds, a full kitchen and bathroom, and a second washer/dryer. Conveniently accessible via the spacious deck, The Bend Bungalow is a great space to utilize for fun days on the water. Please note: the Bungalow is a converted basement so the ceiling height is lower than normal. It may require taller guests to duck slightly in some areas.
