"Great service. Big room (#405) with enough space for our 3 children, my wife and I. Three TV’s, so nobody fighting for channels LOL! Nespresso machine with pods, as well as tea available. One full bathroom; would be nice with additional 1/2 bath or another full bath for our 5-per party. Elevators on site, good for heavy luggage. Great breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Great location with very nice views."

"Schönes altehrwürdiges Hotel mit Charme und schöner Aussicht, wo wir uns recht wohl gefühlt haben. Der Zustand des vorhandenen Interieurs war sehr gepflegt, aber es gibt Verbesserungspotenzial: Zu wenig Handtuchhaken im Bad, leider keine Garderobe im Flur und nur ein Stuhl im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Wichtige Kleinigkeiten, die mit wenig Aufwand behoben werden können. Bitte Belüftung von Bad und WC verbessern. Ich empfehle, mal einen Raumausstatter zurate zu ziehen."

"Very nice and cozy hotel. Difficult to find our way to the hotel by car. Due to many one way streets. Navigation using the link in hotels.com didn’t work. Set navigation for nouva Louka on the opposite side of the river. "

"Very basic hotel, outdated. Large room and bathroom. No coffee or tea at room. Poor wifi connection. Empty pillows. Overpriced €85 per night with breakfast for what was offered. Friendly staff."

"Our room was large and comfortable with a good view of the town. The sauna and pool were nice, staff was friendly and helpful. A great stay and a good value. Location is perfect. My only complaint is there were often no towels available when I went to sauna. It is uncomfortable to sit in a sauna in a woman's bathingsuit without a towel. I understand where some people take too many of the towels especially large ones. Maybe just more small towels for the sauna. "

"Great place for families with kids because of the large unit sizes and the swimming pool. Units are well equipped for breakfast and small dinners. Superficial cleanliness is great, but don't look under the beds... The property is a 30 min walk from the city center. There are buses, albeit not easy to use."
