" Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service I recently stayed at Opal with my teenage kids and had a truly delightful experience. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast the next morning — the buffet was genuinely impressive, offering a wide variety of high-quality, delicious dishes that rival those of a 5-star hotel. What stood out most was the exceptional room service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. I’d like to extend a special thank you to Usama from maintenance, who kindly helped us tune the TV and brought us water. His humility and eagerness to assist were truly appreciated. "Very kind staff. They know how to provide service and be attentive to customers. The room is very clean, and the toilet and shower look new. Reasonable breakfast. I didn't like the bed, I complained to the hotel staff and they promised to take care of the matter, but because my stay was short the matter was not taken care of. Overall a very good experience"
