"The facility was fairly nice, but did note that the ceiling fan in the second bedroom didn’t work. But there were a couple of box fans/oscillating fan available. The pool right outside to front door was nice, but the pool was a little noisy with boom box speaker and large group of guess."

"The only issue I had was the air conditioning. The property or owners need to invest in a new air conditioning system. The rooms never properly cooled down leaving the nights to be a bit warm for me. I don't think that the air conditioning was big enough for the unit. It worked, it was just too small of a unit or the building was not build with proper insulation to keep the cool air in. the aproximatey to the beach was great and the pool was nice for my boys. We enjoyed their birthday trip. I would stay at this property again but I wouldn't pay almost 400 a night."

"Our stay at the Gulfstream Condominiums was wonderful overall. The check-in process was easy, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.The only minor issues were that there was a sign on the kitchen table stating that there were six pool towels provided, but there were only three. Also, there wasn't any dish soap or dishwasher detergent, even though guests are asked to start the dishwasher before checking out. I informed the front desk of these two minor issues just so we were not charged after our stay. Other than those small inconveniences, everything was great. The condo was clean and had a beautiful view of the beach, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We'd be happy to stay here again."
