"We had a nice few days with my husband and mother. However, the adult pool needs cleaning and the food (snacks - ceviche) we ordered in the pool was not what we expected. Perhaps, it is the way they do that in Ixtapan. They exchanged it for another dish but it was not to our taste (meat of Pepito was not of good quality). Other than that, the staff were great. "We were expecting something better for the price paid. The water on the shower was mostly cold, we had to be closing and opening the faucet every 2 minutes to get the water warm again. The mattresses were not very comfortable. We noticed several places around the swimming pool area that need maintenance, like a ping pong table and the edges of the pool that need cleaning.
