We have visited many Mexican resorts. This is a nice property. If you’re looking for an adult get away this isn’t the place. It is very family oriented. Which was ok with us. The buffets are limited but I felt the quality was good. The staff was working hard to keep up the grounds, and building. The staff was polite and helpful. Rooms were clean but I felt the beds were a bit hard for my liking. All in all it’s a good resort. We would return again.

Beautiful resort, however I would not go back, the breakfast buffet was excellent but dinners were poor quality. The staff were lovely and kind but very little English speaking. Location was beautiful but far from any attractions.

-We arrived at 1pm to the Hotel’s gate and they didn’t want to let us in if we didn’t pay $800 per person because “access” was until 1:30pm.—Many of the restaurants were closed. Staff was super nice, food was ok, nothing great but ok.

The property itself definitely needs some updating, there’s different restaurants available but they are by reservation only and depending on how long your stay is it determines the number of times you can visit a “speciality” restaurant. The pools even though they are decent size are extremely shallow for adults, wish there was Atleast one pool equipped for a grown adult. We had breakfast and one of the buffets and were told no mimosas only on the weekend, that seemed a little off. No room service and no stocked mini fridge. The staff was great though that’s something that I cannot complain about Fernando at check in time even though it was hectic really made things work for us. This is a pet friendly hotel so just be mindful of that you will hear dogs parking in common areas.

Most of the staff is friendly, but some not so helpful, nor accommodating. Hotel's mistake in preparing the incorrect menu for dinner one night and would not accommodate to make it right. Simply told us sorry, you get what you get. I have been too other all-inclusive hotels in Mexico and from what I saw, sorry to say, this hotel was not all-inclusive. Would not stay in this hotel again or recommend it.

We booked 3 nights and left after 1 night. The Hotel was unwilling to work with us on a refund via Expedia hence the full negative review. Not secure/dirty: Room door could be opened by pushing it, the safe wasn't bolted down and locked out with a man being able to open it with a single code, mold water damage in bathroom, AC not working, fridge broken, TV antiquated, no in room snacks or beverages, extra fees for room service. The food was terrible all buffet there are not 5 restaurants chips and salsa are yellow squeeze cheese and canned guacamole. Does not cater to international travelers and zero guidance on short stays to navigate a good experience. Pool bars serve low grade alcohol including 1 keg beer and the bars are filled with bees. Loud techno music and constant "activities" being screamed on microphones at the pool. Late night music past 12a thumping outside not good for kids sleeping. Absolutely nothing nearby to see and do this Hotel is far from everything. Extremely overpriced for the value of what is provided.

This property is located in the middle of an ecological reserve, the sorroundings are beutiful. Very clean facility The gym needs improvement and new equipment.

The pools were great, we liked the options. The restaurants in which reservations were needed for, were also good. A downfall was the wait upon arrival, we had to wait past 4pm to get our room. The food, specifically the buffet style options were disappointing based on taste and variety. Other families at the hotel also commented on their dislike of the food, it was a common opinion.
