"家庭的な雰囲気で良かった！"

"A hotel very closed to the station which is the key reason i chose the place. This place has some history and reminded me of hotel setup a decade ago. "

"3度目の利用です。 今回エステを体験しましたが、 場所が分かりにくかったですが スタッフの方の対応は、良かったです。"

"It was good but a distant away from the main area We loved the CBD once we got there and would go again to see more"

"Great breakfast, great service, near train station, bath house was bonus, definitely will go back."

"古民家体験としてはありかな？宿泊目的にはかなり無理がありますね。"

"New and nice hotel"

"Less than 5 minute walk from Yumoto station. 2 Onsens exists in its vicinity. OVerall a good place, very basic, took a while for the internet to work. Not a whole lot of place to eat, but the town itself is super small.. an ok place for a one night stay.."

"the place is great, its our thirt time we tried all the hotels its all good but we think monolith tower is the best❤️ the price is expensive especially if you go on summer or holidays especially obon yasumi the price is double.,but all in all we highly recommend hotel hawaiians resort😍great experience to our family"

"the Kaiseiki dinner option was fantastic. though its a bit of a walk because hotel is just way too big. :) big and nice rooms."

"食材担当の男性スタッフが上から目線で不愉快でした。"
