"Good value and decent breakfast but rooms were filthy. Every chair and sofa in our room was stained. My son was going to sleep on the pullout couch until I opened and found nothing but crumbs. The huge jacuzzi tub was great but the lighting in the bathroom was too low."

"The room was large but not exactly clean. There was something sticky on the floor and it looked as if it wasn’t swept. There were no toiletries and just a couple towels in the bathroom. In the kitchen, there was no dish soap, paper towels, etc. The “free breakfast” was laughable. It was coffee and prepackaged muffins. Not a continental breakfast by any means. There were kids from travel baseball running everywhere. The parents just let them run up and down the halls on the floor above us at 5:30 am. I was disappointed with this stay and probably will not book with them in the future."

"This property was SO fantastic!! It lived up to the listing,,,and then some! The guesthouse and outdoor space were even better than we thought they would be. This was probably our favorite place that we have ever stayed. It felt very luxurious. Even the yard was immaculate and well tended! The decorating was so completely lovely and the whole house was extremely clean. Our family of 8 enjoyed playing games and doing puzzles on the large tables, making s'mores around the firepit, and relaxing by the fire table on the deck. The house suited our large group very well-lots of seating and sleeping arrangements. The host, Janny, was wonderful with communication and quickly addressed any questions we had ahead of time. Her attention to detail made the check in/out process super easy as well as made us feel immediately at home. The house is filled with high quality pieces and details that made our stay comfortable and relaxed. Overall a really wonderful experience!!"
